Parish Activities

Whether attending an event or just simply donating a little time or a few items, getting involved in parish activities helps strengthen your bond with Christ and with our faith community.  The following is a list of activities throughout our parish, and always watch the bulletin and calendar for more!

Food Bank:

Non-perishable canned and boxed goods can be donated to the local Food Bank to be distributed to members of the community.   Items can be placed in the box provided at the entry of both churches.  Monetary donations can be given by placing your donation in an envelope marked "Food Bank" and putting it in the collection.

St. Bernard Hospitality Sunday:

CCW Ladies of the church host hospitality on the first Sunday of each month.  Coffee, juice, donuts, and rolls are served.  Join us for fellowship!

Respect Life

January 22nd was the 43rd anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court decision which legalized abortion in our country in 1973.  This day is to be observed as a day of penance for violations to the dignity of the human person committed through acts of abortion, and of prayer for the full restoration of the legal guarantee of the right to life.

To observe this anniversary, parishioners placed crosses on the lawns of both churches in memory of the lives of babies lost to abortion. Each cross represents 2,000.000 lives lost.
